In ordering any of our products you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.

Please save or print a copy of them for your own records.

About you:

To place an order on our website you must be at least 18 years old and be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Our contract:

When you place an order with us you will receive an email from us to say we have received it. This doesn’t mean that we have accepted your order.

You will not receive acceptance of your order until you receive an email to say your order has been dispatched: this is when our contract with you begins.

This contract refers only to items whose dispatch we have confirmed. If you are waiting for other items, their contract will begin upon their dispatch.

We offer one year's warranty on all of our products, and a lifetime of customer service.  If at any point you have questions or issues please get in touch and we will do our best to help. We consider recipe ideas, campsite suggestions and firelighting tips all within our line of duty, so don't hold back.

Consumer rights:

You can cancel your order with us within 14 days of the items being delivered to you, or any other requested place (eg. a neighbour).

If you do want to cancel your order you must let us know within 14 days of receipt of your order. You can contact us by email, telephone, or the contact us form on our website.

You will receive a full refund equal to the price of the items ordered and any standard delivery costs to you.  If you have opted for a special delivery service, this additional charge will not be refunded.

We will refund you as soon as possible and aim to have all refunds processed within 30 days.

We will deduct from the refund for any loss in value of goods if this is a result from unnecessary handling by you.  To keep it simple, you can examine the goods at home the same way you would in a shop. So if you have a stove from us you can take it out of the box, put it together and look at it but you cannot light it.

We will refund you the same way you paid i.e. PayPal, credit card, debit card etc.

You will be responsible for the return postage to us, however if you wish for us to organise the courier for you we can, please just get in touch and we will work out how much it will cost. Please send the item back to us immediately in the original packaging. You must take reasonable care with the item, so it doesn’t get damaged in transit, as you will be liable for any loss of value incurred by damage in transit upon collection from you.

We will never charge you a restocking or handling fee.

Availability and delivery

We try to have all items in stock at all times, however if we are out of stock it will either be listed on the website or you will be notified ASAP. We will never send you a substitute item without discussing it with you.

Your dispatch email will give you an expected delivery date, but please bear in mind we can never guarantee a delivery as the circumstances may be out of our control.

Price and Payment

All products on the website will have prices clearly listed. They include VAT but may be subject to delivery costs.

We do not hide any delivery costs, they can all be seen clearly in our delivery info section and will also been shown in your “basket” before you checkout.

If for any reason the delivery charge is inaccurate we will contact you to discuss it before any extra charges are taken.

Prices may change from time to time, however any changes in prices will not affect you if your order has already been accepted.

We use one of the safest payment gateways and we do not keep any credit/debit card information on record to guarantee your safety and privacy.

If you wish to pay by cheque this is possible however we will not dispatch your order until the cheque has cleared, which will make the order process a bit slower.

Payment will need to be received in full before an order can be dispatched.

Refunds and returns

If you have cancelled your order with us within the 14 day cooling off period, we will refund you in full within 14 days of the item being returned to us.

However you will be responsible for the return postage to us.

If you have returned a faulty item and want a refund not a replacement we will have to check the faulty item upon its return to us. Once we have established the fault you will be refunded for the item and for the return postage. The return postage refund is limited to £9.99 only, if you think it will cost you more than this to send it back to us, please contact us to organise collection.

If you cannot show us the fault prior to returning the item, you will be asked to initially pay the return postage to us. If a fault is found this will then be refunded to you, again only up to the value of £9.99

If you have received a free gift with the order you are returning, you must also return the free gift.

You will not be entitle to a refund if you accidentally damage the item, misuse it, cause a fault, try to repair it, or use it in a manner for which it was not intended.

If for any reason the item does not match the description listed on our website you are entitle to a full refund.

If for any reason there is dispute over a fault between you, the customer, and us, Anevay, we would send the item to a third party for inspection.

If you received an item with a mild fault that does not affect its use, we may offer you a partial refund to reflect the damage, so you can keep the item. You are completely within your rights to say no to this and ask for an exchange or full refund.

If you require a refund or replacement it is up to you as the customer to prove you purchased the item from us. If the item was given to you as a gift, we would need to speak to the person who purchased the item from us.

Refunds will be made by the way of purchase, ie credit card, debit card, cash.

As a company it is our intention to honour all the rights you have as a consumer in UK law. Nothing in our terms and conditions should be interpreted in a way which would conflict or restrict those rights.

Import duty

If you place an order for delivery outside the UK, you might have to pay import tax or duties when it reaches its destination.

You will be responsible for payment of any such duties or taxes.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, and we do not know how much they will be.

It is best to contact your local customs office for this information before placing an order.

It is up to you to make sure you comply with the laws and regulations of the country you are dispatching the items too.

We will not be liable for any breach by you of such laws.

Written communication

The law requires that some of our communications with you has to be in writing. The best way to do this is via email. Placing an order with us means that you agree to us emailing you. However we will never sell or pass on your personal details.  We know how frustrating that can be!
