Shepherd™ Stove

I got the Shepherd stove for my little garden studio 'The Shed' Anevay were amazing and sprayed it blue for me and fitted it in an awkward corner. Super lovely helpful company, all went well and I've had it for a couple of years now and do most of my cooking on it too. Recently I was thinking that I wanted to lower it to the floor. It was on a work top before that and the top of the shed was boiling but my feet were freezing. I emailed them to ask if it was possible and yes it was. One length of pipe delivered and the amazing Mitch whatapped video called me and talked me through what to do. On the day I did it, I had to call him again, and message a couple of times and he was so kind and helpful and explained what I needed to do. I am now cosy warm all over the shed. The Stove is amazing. I love that the lid lifts off and I can cook on it, boil a kettle and it fits in such a tiny space. Didn't think it was possible to have a stove in here but this one is designed to fit in a tiny space. They are the most helpful, friendly lovely company, they have been helpful and sent extras when needed and answered queries. I'd never use another stove company again. Thanks Anevay. You're the best!

So I paid £1200 for a stove and flue kit with shipping to Sweden.
The stove was packed like garbage and ended up bouncing around in the box and getting (slightly) damaged. Oh well.
First email to them they were all “omg we’re so sorry” we pack these sooo good, we’ll discount you, blah blah.
10 days later when I fix the damage following their instructions and finally notice parts are missing from my flue kit and email them (to 2 people, 2 email addresses) ….. radio silence. A week later and still no answer or resolution.
Great…. Just great
So I guess now I’m buying additional flue parts locally.

The stove is installed in a 7' x 8' shed (my son's study in the middle of a field!). Installation was very easy using the detailed instructions provided. Mitch was incredibly helpful in answering a couple of questions the installer had. Loved the fact that he was on hand in case of problems.
The stove is beautiful, well made and performed perfectly from the first lighting, using the sample 'fire lighting kit' supplied. It throws out way more heat than expected for its compact size! We've not had any particularly cold weather to try it out properly yet, but one small log kept the shed 'study' warm the whole day and quickly boiled a kettle for coffee :)

I was thrilled to discover the Shepherd Stove last year when we were planning our van conversion. By far the most beautiful design of small stove out there in my opinion. Mitch is an absolute star. I’ve never had customer service like it before. He very quickly answered my myriad of questions, gave feedback and suggestions on the install. The install itself was pretty simple and it was so reassuring to have Mitch on hand for support. Delivery and packaging was superb, fast and efficient. I can’t recommend this stove and this company highly enough. Money very well spent.
